The Grip of the ball, The run up, The time release of the ball, and physical fitness especially if you are a fast bowler.

i=agrasiveness
2=consentration
3=your fitness(your legs and arms should be really fit for bowling in fast speed.some time injuries.
4=well i can’t think of the fourth one sorry but these are
really the main ones.i can’t think any better than this
update: i just thought of one how about “stamina”
you capacity of bowling should be really good

apart from grip, run up, when the ball is released and fitness.
A good bowler has good control of where the he wants the ball to pitch.
He needs to be patient and aggressive at the same time.
He also needs to be a quick learner so as to work out his opponent.
A good bowler hates batsmen.
